Question Engine swap or rebuild??

In the next day or 2 i should be picking up a 2001 fiesta zetec s 1.6.

The bottom end of the engine is knackered and banging pretty bad,

Not sure weather to rebuild the lump or swap it out.

Just need to know what anyone will charge??

It will either be, pull out the lump, rebuild n put back in
or
Pull out lump and fit new one.

Quotes please

Rather replace than rebuild
I got 3 scoobs in bits ATM each one needing a new engine were rebuilding a 500bhp engine ATM
for the time attack car. Fiesta engines are peanuts to pickup anyway

Grab a replacement engine for pennies and bang it in, it'll cost you more just to get the crank back in good order on the original engine if it's been knocking it's tits off.
